"The righteous shall live by faith." (Romans 1:17)
HOME > About Us > INTRODUCTION
We are called to be wise stewards of our abilities and time given to us on the earth. The Bible gives us specific guidance on how to use these most precious gifts of God:
You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love. (Galatians 5:13)
The Lord has given us more than freedom of action, but he has set us free from the bondage of sin. Therefore, our lives lived in Christ must be lived as a holy offering to God.
"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship." (Romans 12:1)
There are many ways we can offer a living sacrifice to God. Ask your local pastor about opportunities to serve. And serve generously! After all, God has given to us abundantly, let us give of ourselves for His Kingdom.
