Are you a leader? How can you practice servant leadership? As leaders, we are called to emulate the model of service that the Lord showed to us: washing the feet of the ones given to our charge. Here are some ways we can put this into practice in our lives

Identifying Leaders

Face it, we cannot do everything on our own. We need to find and identify potential leaders to carry the load together. How can we know when a leader has been found? We will take an example from the Lord's calling of disciples to shed some light on finding potential leaders – or fishers – of men
