With the conception originated from missiological consultation in Iguassu, 1999, the book "Sorrow & Blood" collected quality essays from all around the world, presenting the topics of discrimination and persecution of Christians. Written by William Taylor (USA), Tonica van der Meer (Brazil), and Reg Reimer (Canada) for more than six years, the book was launched on September 27 at a Religious Freedom Roundtable event in Washington D.C.
